Leica SL2-S

Following the footsteps of the Leica SL2, the full-frame mirrorless Leica SL2-S, released in late 2020, was the first Leica camera to feature a new 24MP CMOS-BSI sensor, making it a camera built for speed and high-quality video capture .The goal was (and still is) to offer an unparalleled, intuitive hybrid photography experience and the best of two worlds. For instance, the SL2-S includes Cine Mode for professional film performance (as defined by Leica), 4K 10-bit 4:2:2, robust build and more. To sum up, the Leica SL2-S captures 4K and Cine4K 10-bit 4:2:2 videos with Leica’s L-LOG gamma, at frame rates of up to 60 fps, and with unlimited recording time for, which means that the video length is only limited by the respective internal or external memory.
