“In Development”
There’s a new trend popping out lately, and I’m talking about camera manufacturers announcing their product development. It seems that there’s zero patience derived by pixel/resolution war forcing camera companies to bomb press releases when the sketches are ready, but no production has been calibrated. For instance, we’ve reported about Nikon’s “development” announcement in regard to its Z 9 flagship that is defined by Nikon as their “Best still and video performance in Nikon’s history”. No specs released. Just a foggy press release about a camera in development. Well, you can call it a strategy and that’s OK. Now Canon is going to do the same thing. According to Nokishita Canon will soon make a development announcement about its new flagship, the EOS R3.
Unconfirmed specs
Assumptions indicate that the R3 will be focused on a large MP count. Explore the unconfirmed specs below:
- 75mp (and beyond) full-frame CMOS sensor
- High dynamic range
- DIGIC 9
- Dual Card Slots
- Joystick the same as the EOS-1D X Mark III
- High EVF resolution

Summary
