A few days ago, an anonymous user in the Komodo/Komodo-X FB group, posted the hint: “If you have a Komodo-X and been thinking about selling, I’d do so soon”. Well, now we know the reason. RED has just dropped the prices of the Komodo and Komodo-X cinema cameras. “All-new pricing for KOMODO-X and KOMODO. Unlock exceptional cinema quality, global shutter, and the power of RED. KOMODO-X now starts at $6,995 (Price Drop $3,000), and KOMODO at $4,995 (Price Drop $1,000)” says RED. And yes, it’s connected to Nikon (our assumption). RED might have started a stock sale, and the V-Raptor might be next. Anyway, here are the Buy Links from B&H and Adorama.
