The guide is defined as Beta, which means it’s open for changes. Nevertheless, it’s the most accurate and comprehensive document you can find on the new Baby Dragon. Explore it below.
Komodo Operation Guide
The operation guide is not listed yet on RED Digital Cinema website. Maybe because there are things, features, specifications and parameters that are being changed constantly. It’s important to emphasize that the camera is not being released yet. The firmware updates are pushed to ST (stormtrooper) users that own the white cameras together with other early adopters that own the colored cameras. For now, there were two updates (For more info make sure to read Y.M.Cinema Magazine articles about the RED Komodo). The operation guide itself is defined as beta version. Unfortunately, this guide lacks the appendix dealing with the technical specifications, which we’re hoping to find.
